1. Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt. After this period, we will be unable to accept returns or offer a refund.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, intimate apparel, or swimwear for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your items.

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
